Who can shop at Vape Vault?
You must be 19+ with valid government ID. We check age for every purchase.

Do you price match?
Yes. If a BC retailer has the same product in stock for less, show us the receipt and we match it at checkout.

Are your products authentic?
Everything comes from licensed Canadian distributors. We only stock verified, original brands.

How does the refill station work?
We offer in-store tasting for adults 19+ using sealed sample setups. We never sell opened bottles.

Can I reserve something before I come in?
Yes. Call us, and we’ll hold your item until the end of the day.

How do points and rewards work?
You earn points for every dollar spent. Points can be redeemed on future purchases. Point values are displayed in your account.

Do you offer discounts?
We keep it simple:
Buy 3, get 10% off (automatic)
Seasonal promos shown on the homepage when active

What is your return or exchange policy?
If your device has an issue on the same day, bring it back with packaging and we’ll do a full exchange. After the first day, we offer 50% off a replacement of the same product. Used juice, opened bottles, and pods with wear can’t be returned.
